ARTICLE XI: VOTING

Section 1.

A simple majority vote will consist of Members totaling 50.1% on any given issue to pass or accept that issue.

Section 2.

A three-fourths (3/4) vote of the Members in attendance at a General Assembly meeting will constitute the passing or acceptance of the removal of an officer. This is the only time a three-fourths vote is necessary. All other voting will be by a simple majority vote.

Section 3.

Votes will be accepted in two forms: secret ballot or email directly to the advisor(s) only.
