| This project was designed for classes around the world to teach each other about our different cultures. Ms. Duchene's class sponsored this project. We created a scrapbook for schools in our Learning Circle – one in Bogotá, Columbia and the other in Bucharest , Romania . We then sent them our scrapbooks either by email or regular mail. Each school sent us brochures they created telling us about Bucharest , Romania and Bogotá, Columbia . Each school included favorite sports, foods, pets, local holidays, and other cultural events popular in our country. The teachers in Bucharest and Bogotá helped their student create these fabulous brochures and documents in English. They are wonderfully creative! We hope you enjoy reading and learning about these diverse world cultures! |
