GUIDELINES:

• Must be a undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree within the College of Education and be in good standing at Texas A&M University Commerce.

• Must be a current and active member of Zeta Mu Chapter of Kappa Delta Pi.

• Have participated in more than minimum requirements, demonstrated leadership skills and dedication to organization prior to scholarship semester.

• Letter of recommendation.

• Original typed essay not to exceed 500 words on the topic “Incorporating the Four Ideals of Kappa Delta Pi into my Profession”.

KAPPA DELTA PI SCHOLARSHIPS FOR
THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2007-2008

Kappa Delta Pi undergraduate, graduate and doctoral scholarships for the academic year 2006-2007 are available for all members. The scholarships are awarded annually the end of July. The J. Jay Hostetler Students Teaching Scholarships are awarded twice a year (Two in January and two in July).

Please note that any active member of Kappa Delta Pi may apply but only one applicant per scholarship per chapter is allowed. Any Zeta Mu chapter’s members, who would like to apply for any scholarships, please contact
