National Pan-Hellenic Council:
The National Pan-Hellenic Council is composed of nine Greek letter fraternities and sororities. It began in 1930 with the stated purpose, "Unanimity of thought and action as far as possible in the conducts of Greek letter collegiate fraternities and sororities, and to consider problems of mutual interest to its member organizations." What this means is that council members work together to solve problems that effect the Greek community as a whole, as well as, coordinate activities that promote unity among the Greek community here on the campus of A&M-Commerce.
